Privacy policy
This policy covers the website weddingrush.co. The Wedding Rush app has its own, fuller privacy policy, shown in the app and on its App Store and Google Play pages.
Who we are
The controller of your personal data is [full name / business name, address, Poland], trading as Wedding Rush. You can reach us at privacy@weddingrush.co.
What we collect
This website uses no cookies, no analytics and no advertising trackers. Fonts and images are served from our own server, so your browser doesn't talk to third parties when you visit.
Like any web server, our hosting provider keeps short technical logs (such as IP address, time and the page requested) to keep the site secure and running. We don't use them to identify you.
If you email us, we receive your address and whatever you choose to write.
Why we use it and for how long
Server logs are kept for security and reliability, based on our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), and deleted automatically by the hosting provider after a short period. Emails are used only to answer you, on the same basis, and kept as long as the conversation needs.
Who else sees it
We never sell your data and never share it with wedding vendors. The website is hosted by OVHcloud in the European Union, which acts as our processor.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct and delete your data, to restrict or object to processing, to data portability and to withdraw consent. To use any of them, email privacy@weddingrush.co. You can also lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, or with the authority in your own EU country.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
